Seller Agreement

01.) Accuracy of Information: You must provide true, accurate, and updated business and product details.

02.) Responsibility for Products/Services:
You are fully responsible for the quality, legality, delivery, and fulfilment of any products or services you list, except OlaBey’s own dropshipping items.

03.) Compliance:
You agree to follow all applicable local and international laws, including intellectual property, consumer protection, and tax regulations.

04.) Payments & Fees:
You accept OlaBey’s payment processing rules, commission structure, and the monthly subscription fee of USD $10.

05.) No Misuse:
You must not engage in fraud, misleading practices, prohibited items, or activities that harm customers or the OlaBey platform.

06.) Account & Content Rights:
OlaBey may suspend or remove your shop for violations, misuse, or harmful activity. You retain ownership of your content but grant OlaBey permission to display it.

07.) Liability:
OlaBey is not responsible for disputes between sellers and customers, except for products under OlaBey’s internal dropshipping program.

08.) Updates:
OlaBey may update these terms, and continued use of the platform means you accept the changes.
