1. Introduction

- Welcome to the OlaBey Digital Franchise System (O-DFS).
- By joining, purchasing a product slot, or using any OlaBey service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Definitions

- O-DFS – OlaBey Digital Franchise System.
- Slot – A 30-day digital franchise license for a specific product

- Subdomain Store – A personal online store assigned to each Slot Owner.
- Products – Physical items sold via OlaBey dropshipping.
- Commitment Period – 30 days of active selling rights.

3. Eligibility

4. Nature of O-DFS

- O-DFS is not a financial investment , not an income guarantee , and not a recruitment-based program.
- It is a digital product franchise system where the Slot Owner earns through product sales only.

5. Slot Rights

A Slot gives the member:
- Exclusive 30-day selling rights for the assigned product
- Access to a personal subdomain store

6.Slot Fees

- Slot fee is non-refundable.

7. Purchasing Products

- Slot Owners are not required to buy stock.

12. Account Termination

- OlaBey may terminate accounts for:
- Fraud
- Fake orders
- Misuse of system
- Harassment or misconduct

13. Liability Limitation

- OlaBey is not responsible for:
- Your marketing expenses
- Your personal promises to customers
- Market fluctuations
- Unsold stock in your 30-day window

14. Payment Schedule

- Profits settled weekly or bi-weekly

1. Slot Fee Refund Policy

Slot fees are non-refundable under all circumstances:

Customers may request a refund only when:

4. Cancellation by Seller

5.Cancellation by OlaBey

If OlaBey terminates a seller for:
- Fraud
- Misuse
- Fake orders
- Policy violations

6. Refund Method

- All approved product refunds will be processed as store credit within 7–14 days.

Seller Agreement

OlaBey Seller Agreement
Between:
OlaBey (Company)
and
[Seller] _ (Slot Owner)

1. Purpose

This agreement governs your participation in the OlaBey Digital Franchise System (O-DFS).

2. Grant of License

OlaBey grants the Seller:
- A non-transferable, 30-day digital franchise license ("Slot")
- Exclusive selling rights for the assigned product
- Access to a subdomain store & advertising support

3. Obligations of the Seller

Seller agrees to: - Promote products lawfully
- Avoid misleading claims
- Use official pricing unless promotional
- Maintain professionalism in communication
- Report any system misuse or fraud

4. Obligations of OlaBey

OlaBey agrees to: - Provide stock availability
- Handle packaging and delivery
- Provide customer support
- Provide digital marketing tools
- Provide bi-weekly payouts

5.Earnings

- The Seller receives 100% of the product profit margin per sale.
- O-DFS is not a guaranteed income program.

6. Slot Fee

Seller agrees that:
- Slot fee is a service fee
- It covers tech, advertising, stock reservation, and support
- It is non-refundable

7. Prohibited Actions

Seller must not: - Create fake orders
- Pressure customers
- Misrepresent product quality
- Claim “investment returns”
- Recruit members for financial gain
- Use OlaBey branding without permission

8. Cancellation

OlaBey may suspend/terminate the Seller for: - Fraud
- Misuse of system
- Ethical violations
- Chargebacks or disputes
